Read through the questions ahead of time, have them printed out or pulled up on your screen to use as prompts.
Make sure the background behind you is a clean and presentable.
Have thoughtful answers ready.
Tap the pause button if you need to take a break between recording questions.
There is not a minimum or maximum time requirement. Take the time you need. It’s the quality of your responses that matter.
Smile, be yourself, and let your personality shine through! We are looking for people that have welcoming and eager personalities and are willing to learn and grow. This is more important that the skills you have. Building new skills is one of the things you will gain from participating in this internship.

Moving forward
We meet every Friday as a team to discuss who is a good fit for each research trip. Those selected will receive call with a formal internship offer to join our research team. During that time we will talk over the details and answer any questions you may have. We will also email out a link to the team’s private expedition webpage.
